Jonny The most muddy I have seen this course. Felt awful ea rly on at about 2-3 miles with dizzyness & nausea. Was running with a sore throat. Started to feel better at about 8 miles. No one went past me from here & finished strongly getting back down to 8m/m for the last 2. Right ankle is sore, look like more tendon trouble. Took a wrong turn at about 9 miles but only added 0.25 miles to the overall length. Enjoyed it once again.
