About this parkrun
Very friendly. Dogs allowed. 2 lapper around UEA fields and woods. Nice little hill in the woods (called dog poo hill). Can get muddy when wet. Good parking. Usually around 200 runners.Smugbloke 8th Jan 2019

Mixed terrain of grass, meadow, gravel paths. Start & finish on playing fields, with then 2 laps of course. Uphill through the woods. Nice course & friendly welcome. Toilets & tea, coffee in pavilion.

2 laps of grass and track. A hill that could catch you out to be run up twice, but plenty of space and free tea and coffee at the end.
