Martian Dashes Nice race this, out on the edge of the marshes. It was very hot and sunny last year and I messed up at the beginning so had a bit of a disappointment. This year was cooler with a following wind for the first half. Into the wind for the second half. It felt a lot easier this year and I P.B-ed. 41:43

mikeharrison Not so good today. Felt strong to start with and went through 5k in 24.20 so was hoping for negative splits and a sub 48. However lost it a bit between 6-9k and had to settle for a sub 50. Nevertheless enjoyed the race, pretty flat with some nice scenery. The race was very well organised and had a good vibe so will defo be back next year.
