About this parkrun
2 small laps on paths round park, then 2 large laps on grass, very muddy in parts so like a cross country run. Slight elevations but not really hills. Trail shoes in winter. Coffee and toilets available near start, parking in park.Mandyr 30th Oct 2023
Challenging X Country style course especially muddy & slippy after rainfall. 2 small laps on tarmac paths followed by 2 tough offroad laps on grass & mud with a 3/4 tarmac lap to the finish. Toilets & tuck shop near the start finish with parking at the Li

2 x small loops, 2 x big loops. Majority of course off-road, liable to extreme mud in wet conditions. Good fun, but not a PB course

2 small laps of the bottom of the park followed by 2 large laps of a grass field with a little bit of woodland at the top. Then half a lap of the bottom park to finish. Marshalls very encouraging and a very friendly Parkrun. Toilets and a cafe at the star

Muddy cross country style course, not an easy one! Reasonable size car park and some on road parking. Toilets before the start, "tuck shop" with donations (cash and card).
