mikeharrison Depends on the weather as to if I pb or not. Hate running in the heat. I'm going to bet on myself just to keep myself under pressure.... (or will i???) UPDATE: dunno how I did that but managed 49.10 which is blooming surprising and a massive pb. My Garmin said only 6.10 miles so maybe the course was a little short but would have been close to 50min anyway! Heat wasn't too bad, even in the crappy cotton yellow t-shirt everybody wore...

Cavey Am I psychic or what!!! Predicted 49:30 got 49:30. Yet again I go into a race feeling fat and sluggish and again bag a big PB!!! Really enjoyed today, it was a nice friendly atmosphere and everyone was glowing in their illuminous yellow t-shirts! Was really pleased to get under 50mins and apparently was in the top 100 finishers, not bad in a field of 1300!!
