Dannyboy01 A tough one due to the wind and not running much but enjoyable all the same. Got there fairly early and was surprised to find they were turning people away already, seems to be getting a very popular race.

Doctor K Not a Pb course but a good run all the same. Never done this one in winter so here goes. 13 secs off my 10K PB. Hard work -some windy sections -felt better towards the end than after the first mile or two.
