Preston Chernobyl 10K -windy conditions made some parts difficult and it's not the easiest route -last ran this in the summer in 55.51 so pleased to get to 13 secs off my 10K PB this morning when I didn't expect anything like. 1st mile in 7:37 3 miles 25:10, 5 miles 42.14 out of gas at the end . Hard work
