Andy 1 shoe Money 2nd hard race within 24 hours! i had a epic battle with my fellow V45 mate Ian Gower we pushed each other on to VET PBS! i did 30.37 which is a v45 PB so really happy with that.

jdc What a fantastic day. Guts and deermination won this today for me I was determined to break my PB today but did not expect to break it by such a margin. 1 min 30 sec off my time which was set in January 2010 so its been a long time coming.
