Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Tigerlily Hoping to be over the knee injury by this time. Just looking to get round in a fairly decent time, sod the PB!! UPDATE: What sod designed this course? Nobody told me it was cross-country!! Happy with my run and my time, and the knee didn't give me any problems. Well done to Big Steff too and thanks for being a good pal before and after the race.

Triplet Dad Woo Hoo - a ompletely unexpected PB today, knocked over a minute off my previous best, and more importantly managed to get in under the hour which was my main goal for the second half of this year. The race itself was good, very varied surfaces ( hard tarmac followed by boggy fields) but nowhere near as muddy as Hopetoun House last month. Some of the Km markers were a bit all over the place, e.g. I went through 8k in 50 and 9k in 54 having walked part of it as it was uphill. Worst of the weather held off until we getting into our cars which was a blessing, all in all a good day.
