About this parkrun

mainly trail, some short sections of tarmac. Quite hilly - 1st mile mainly downhill, 2nd mile all uphill, 3rd mile starts downhill, then a climb up to the finish. Setting is in a lovely park

More than a mile of uphills, including the finish. A great setting, good parking. A pre-start toilet isn't obvious from the course details: try the Wildlife cafe, a 5 minute warmup away. Excellent coffee afterwards, 10% discount for parkrunners.

Lovely run, quite hilly but you get the downs to compensate, finishes on a hill though

Terrific course through a lovely park - but don't expect a PB here … maybe add 2 minutes to your normal time for a 5k.

Great park, trail through the trees, occasionally rocky and a bit narrow. A wee 1/2 mile uphill section and an uphill finish. Great cafe and lots of facilities for kids n families. Usual wonderful parkrunners and team! G

Nice park but trail for most and a bummer of an uphill finish.
