Athlete In Progress In miserable conditions and slippery underfoot, it looked like it was going to be difficult to achieve another PB. However went off with a Sub 25min Pacer and then just tried to hang on as much as I could. Even had a little energy at the end for a sprint finish but was unableto push as when tried my feet would just slip away.
