funkin A crisp cold morning today - absolutely perfect running weather in my opinion, although the body does have to work a little harder in this kind of weather. I had a good run today and managed 20:25 which I was happy with. My hip seems to be getting just slightly better by the day which is a good thing.

Kieren *Not racing - running as a tempo run between 85% - 91% WHR (177-185bpm)* Shoelace came undone right at the start by the breakfast trailer which was annoying. Heart rate was comfortable at 85% / 177bpm & I felt really strong on the last KM
