TROSaracen Well you can't ignore a race that virtually passes your front door can you? 2 lap circuit and a great result - part of my Amsterdam training so a useful pointer that I am on track for 3:30. Found it tough but I was miling faster than ever before but really faded in the last mile. I have never run this distance before so not surprising that the pace judgement was off.
