Siggers Done it, another pb, first half was good, second 5 ok, managed to keep a reasonable pace, though. I am pleased with the time, still know I can go quicker, ran out of energy a bit on the second lap, I've never used/needed fuel in a 10m before, might need to re-think that if I want to sustain the pace, first 5 was run in a pb, for 5m, of 36.14, so that looks good for my next 5m, work permitting that'll be next sunday.
