About this parkrun
It's the NASCAR of parkruns. 2 1/2 laps of Parc Bryn Bach lake. Depending which way they go it is straight followed by gentle right turn, then straight, then gentle right, etc. Fairly flat, tarmac and fast. Post parkrun toast is legendary.WildeRover 7th Jan 2019
2.5 laps of beautiful Bryn Back lake. The course is as flat as a pancake. Ample parking with toilets & showers in the visitor centre. Voucher for free toast from the café at the finish!!!!

2.5 laps of lake, all tarmac, flat. Great location, facilities and organisation. I drive passed 20 plus other parkruns to get here. It really is one of the best you will find.
