Ebb The course was described as undulating but felt hilly and it was very warm so I struggled a bit after 3 miles and walked 3 or 4 times. The time would have been better but includes a delay of 1.5 mins when we were caught in a bottle neck just after the start. I felt physically sick with the heat at points and it really felt a massive effort - but pleased with overall time.
