Just started running again used to run alot when i was younger now started again after along time not doing anything active. Am a husband got 2 young kids and a stepdaughter now living in stowmarket was born and bred in yorkshire been down here for just over 3 years thinking of joinging stowmarket striders when alittle bit fitter.just signed up to do the sudbury fun run 5 miles so got something to aim for on the 2nd of april.had few injuries alately but feeling ok now maybe doing bit too much not as young as i used to be.just got some new trainers after afew minor injuries been out for a few runs in them and feel brilliant no twinges at all hopefully now i can get a few miles in and enter more races
