-caz- A new distance for me, well I've never done a 5mile race before. UPDATE - Excellent race for me considering my recent performances. Chuffed with my effort and consistancy.

Baza Brilliant wee race, well organised by Perth RR yet again, spoilt for choice of cakes afterwards :-) ). Just dipped under 30 mins so couldn't be happier. Started steady and picked up later on - 6:35, 6:09, 5:42, 5:45, 5:48. Good to see the Fechies out in force too - Tigger, Bungee, SueW, Cake Muncher(yes he did leave some!), caz one5six2 . cake muncher What a cakefest!!! Caramel shortbread, Danish pastries, fairy cakes and many more scrumptious delights - cake munchers heaven! Baza you've got a hard act to follow! Run wasn't too bad either. Placed 5th / 2nd vet.

Debstir Got Mr D roped in to marshalling so I can run! No bets though please, just back from holiday and running like a very slow thing! UPDATE: Not as slow as I thought I'd be but really pushed myself the whole way round. Still nearly a minute slower from last year though. Good to eventually meet Caz at long last!
