But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Columba Marshalls - There was a little detour at one point, and though it was marshalled the marshalls did not explain and I had to ask. A few other side roads would have benefitted from marshalls. One marshall was so busy with his mobile phone that he didn't look up from it as we passed. Refreshments - none beyond bottles of water, but that was OK, - the race starts and finishes at a leisure centre and no doubt one could buy food there. Toilets - not many, but then it wasn't a large field (of runners), so adequate. No race pack as such, and no goodies beyond a T-shirt and a medal; that was ok by me. Parking was in a field, - OK, as it was dry. There were accompanying fun runs for children and for adults. No post-race social as such, except what one made for oneself. 3 water stations. As far as I know, none of them ran out. Still waiting for race photos.
