Waveydavey Slower than hoped, but the hills and the thought of the half marathon held me back.

#runningman 🏃 This is very hilly so im told so if nothing else it will be a good warm up for the London Marathon. Wont make unrealistic predictions my PB is 44.22 so anything around 45 mins would be nice.

Fripps I've now been round the Grand Prix circuit at Brands Hatch - 2.5 x round it in fact. Very hilly course, which was a massive surprise. Very hard work.

Yoho Ahoy Great surface for running but the camber was a bit trying at times. The hills were a bit of a shock, I always thought these circuits were fairly level - shows what I know. VERY excited by the goodie bag, worth the cost of entry alone and will definitely return next year as long as the sunshine can be guaranteed. Amazed by the time I set - will have to go for sub-50 next time.

Bex66 Horrible race. Ten hills in 10K, two of which were very steep indeed - sorry guys who betted on me, but it was too hilly for a PB for me! Ended walking up four hills which I hardly ever do - my OH reckons this was worse than the Crowborough 10K which is notoriously hilly. And to top it all now have a stinking cold!!
