Gobi solid run went off hard with a 3.09 1st km finished strong, course came in at 3.16 miles. Given my winter weight and my short distance running of late I am VERY happy with this Cannock & Stafford AC 16:16 16:16 16:49 79.30
Rach E 2nd lady. Ran has hard as I could but legs still fecked from long run and yesterday. Couldn't have run any faster cos my legs were like lead but finished relatively aerobically fresh which bodes very well :-) One second quicker than last year...!
