For a 10K the time would have been say another 30s so that's 33:37 for a 10K. That's just over the 33:49 10K. I started off at what seemed like a sensible pace and not too fast so I was in about 5th position until 2 miles. Then I decided to work hard and I caught up, overtook and came 2nd in the end.
