milemonster Hoylake Borders League. Beat Darren Brazier for the first time. Also beat Gary Norgrove but he was recovering from the Swondon Marathon. Anther 1 min for a 10K time which would have given me about 33m50s for a 10K which is not bad. The wind was very strong on the way back and it was hail stoning.
