Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Chris Worthers My first ever race. A running mate of mine suggested I come along . It was sheer hell getting up that hill towards the end but I achieved my goal of getting all the way round without stopping. I felt so good afterwards that I started running regularly.

Doctor K Surprised myself with 2nd fastest ever 10K time and by far the fastest I've ran at Bolton which ain't the easiest course. Good 2nd half to the race and ideal conditions really.

Karate Chop Im hoping for under 1 hour 4. This is what I did the Salford 10KM in a few weeks ago when I felt dredful all the way round, so in theory I should be able to run quicker. On the other hand Bolton is quite hilly, but Im hoping that as it is my training ground, running on familiar territory should help.

Wow another PB. Very proud of myself. Started off at a good pace and stayed with it all the way round.
