Cavey I shaved 28secs off last years time, but still 2 and a half minutes outside that elusive PB! Enjoyed the run particularly the last 2k where I found a bit of energy from somewhere. Wasn't overly impressed with the watch and would've much preferred a t-shirt to add to the mountain! Good to see IanM again and to meet Durbat, would've liked to stay longer for a chat but I had in-laws to entertain!

giggsy Last attempt this year to break that elusive 40min mark! Everything looked good with a mile to go and 7 minutes to hand but an uphill last 500 metres nearly but paid to the sub 40! Finally got there though after trying all year!

Greenman For anyone who is confused, this is the 6.25M version, not the HM. I was hoping for sub-40 but to break 38 mins was totally unexpected. I find 10Ks hard work as there's no time to ease off if you want a fast time and this was no exception. weather was perfect and excellent organisation by NDRC although I think that the race is at it's limit in terms of the number of runners it can accommodate.
