No.8 ™ First non tri related race of the year and a marker to see how far off the pace I am after 4 months injury, 4 months tri specific training and running mileage of a maximum 30 miles per week. 8th place and about 50 secs outside PB pace, so happy with where I am. Enjoyed the race, endurance was good, strength was good, lacking a bit of raw speed.
