I am a 51 year old 15 stone+ slow but get there runner, hence my name!
I am married to Bev with three children (Rebecca, Charlotte and James) and live in Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. I work at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge where I manage the Histopathology Department. I joined Bedford Harriers in 2011 to try and improve my running times.
