Highland Lad weather was great for the race. Legs not so great, felt tired and heavy. The course was quite muddy in places. Not my best performance.

stato,rob feeling ill for a few days before the race but ran anyway, ran hard for the first half but then just had nothing left and jogged round just to finish. the main thing was that kenilworth were promoted to the first division of the birmingham league
