R.I.C.O. That downhill section near the ditch at the back of the course was a bit hazardous, nearly fell over about 10 times! Definately needed spikes for that one, glad I brought them!

krusty great course, no brooks to run through but nice and muddy. felt a bit heavy, bit dissapointed with time.

bigmunnki Possibly the worst day of my running career. Too much fun over Christmas and New Year and no training for nearly a month took it's inevitable toll and I finished last. For the first time ever. LAST.
