LambChop Modestly placed myself at the back and then had to barge my way through all the walkers which lost me time. Disappointed I didn't break 30mins but was incredibly windy in sections. Really looking forward to GNR now.

Ness Very much slower than I had hoped for. Don't seem to be making any improvements in my running at the moment. Did raise a bit of money for Marie Curie Cancer Care so at least it was a little worthwhile!!!!

EvilPixie Very hot and more undulating than I expected. Good day. Too many walkers (as normal for this type of race) which was annoying but my goal was to run it all and I did that! Now to improve fitness and pace! =================================== PB is 34.20 on a short course - would love sub 30 if poss but need to start running 1st!
