About this parkrun
Straight forward 2 lapper on a mixture of paths & grass/mud , very slippy under foot on the off road sections when its been raining , trail shoes advised in winter monthswAckie Racer 25th Jan 2020
They now have an alternative route, a slightly less straightforward 2 lapper, still on a mixture of paths, but with a lot less mud.

Alternative course has much less mud. Good 2 lapper, no need for trail shoes now. Hopefully they will stick with this course for all of the time.

Flat 2 laps. Bit of everything underfoot. Trail, paths, grass.

Torrential rain this morning meant a last minute course change. Two fairly flat laps mainly on tarmac with a short grassy bit in the middle and gravel trail through the trees. Finished on a very slight incline then grass.

Only done this when icy so meant slight route changes, still a nice route round the park with good facilities near the start.
