About this parkrun
Two lap course on cycle paths and gravel paths through an estate and round a skate park. There are a couple of turns around cones. I liked it more that I expected to. Pretty flat.forest plodder 9th Jan 2023
Mostly tarmac but with a cut loop in the woods on a stony path. 4 dead turns and a few blind 90+'s to negotiate. Had a nice local feel to it.

A relatively new parkrun in Totton, which is undulating, and 2 circuits. This was my first run there and I found it a bit congested in places, and a bit narrow where the faster runners are returning towards you.
