Flat Out Fi Funnily enough, doing the Essex Vets xc yesterday seemed to have worked well and warmed me up for the first Saffron Striders xc race of the season against Bishops Stortford! :o) I had battle with Kathryn C and Corinne from B/Stortford but managed to pull ahead at about mile 4 and was delighted to come 1st lady today! Shame we were only 3rd out of 4th overall though. The men had a great race too and were 2nd out of 4 today. Bring on the next one in two weeks time!!
