EyeSpy21 A fantastic race along Ayr seafront with my dodgy tummy. Legs hurt until about 6K after which time they were just very tired! Ran most of this race with Barbara in our quest for sub-53. Managed to pull away from her a bit in the last two K, and over-took a couple of others. Closest I've been to hurling at the end, but it was a false alarm. Big thanks to magoo for changing my flat tyre... you're a star!

Gokeith decent run,seemed to be running on my own after1st km so quite happy with time,went thro 5k in 17.02m so quite even pace.finished 6th. spoke to magoo at end of race 1st time i've met any1 outwith my club from fetch.

hannkies New pb,yippee!!!!Target was sub 36,so really chuffed to do it with a bit to spare.Poss went of a bit quick,3.12 1st k,got to halfway in 17.31,so knew I had a wee bit in the bank,and felt ok most of the way.Finished fairly high up the field-Roll on Troon......

purplehippo Canny believe it ate & drank all day yesterday, (hey it was Xmas!), & still managed a pb!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally flat course, once I started & felt ok I just went for it. So, it'll be loads o red wine for me from now on before a race!

wil e coyote Steady run, took it easy first half and then ramped up into the race from 5k onwards. Great race with good atmosphere. Large turnout from the club as well.
