Reef First 10k are flatish, then very gradual rises up to 20 then hills up to 32k then downhill (really) all the way to the finish. A tough course compared to previous Rotterdam. The finish has to be the best you can get entering the original Olympic Stadium with all your friends there was just the best feeling!! A must do race if you can take the hills.

Foxy What a great finish in the stadium :) was a tough hilly course but held it together & managed a storming final 12 kms :) very pleased with my time :)
