Mr. K. Well that was not flat, I think that was the most hillest 10Km I`ve ran plus it was a bit warm. Apart from being an up & down course I liked that it was an out & back route..could see the all of others runners for abuse / encouragement where needed. Well done all

Badgerlocke Wow, this was a hot day...but enjoyable as most of the route is where I train, so not surprises about the hills! good local support..enjoyed the race!
