Some treeroots on trail, but attractive 2 lap flat course. Not as fast as one would expect!

Scenic two laps of a reservoir, mostly trails, muddy in places, pancake flat.

A lovely course but lots of tree routes and bits and bobs on the route. Apparently it's quite common for people to take a tumble. I nearly did and my girlfriend actually did. Very friendly and excellent cake at the Rustic Rhubarb cafe after.

Flat, lovely and scenic. Two laps first one larger mostly trail around a reservoir quite tricky underfoot.

Nice friendly marshals and good facilities.

Picturesque route round the reservoir, rough underfoot but firm in the summer

2 laps on (cracked) tarmac path and uneven woodland trail around a lake. Flat but can get muddy so not the quickest. Loo and cafe near the start and reduced cost parking for runners before 11 (£3).
