Boab PRE RACE: ok, been off the boil recently, times have been bad, but this is a fast course (apparently), I am on a step back week so should be well rested and I ran 17:14 on a recent club handicap after running a 3 mile tempo in 17:24. Is this goint to be a PB.....you bet your ass it is! POST RACE: 18 second PB, getting back some form at last. Supposedly a fast course, but a lot of tight corners and a little incline. Probably set off a little fast as I tired towreds the end. There is 20 seconds still there for the taking I reckon....

nochickenstrip Recently ran a 3.3m hilly club handicap course in 19.56 (6.02/m avg) so will be aiming for mid 18's for this one as it's flat. RESULT: Far from easy, first 5k race, gasping for air most of the way! started to get comfy about 2.5m in, very pleased with time and 48th position better than expected!
