jude Only just got back from Runners World spring training camp in Portugal so doubled my mileage over the last week. Expecting to be very tired here. Amazingly managed to keep up a sub-9.30 min/mile pace for most of the race! Started to struggle in last 2 miles but amazed myself over this nice flat course. A cool day, perfect running weather. Really really chuffed!
Must try for sub 2 hours soon.....
