Snaking around with a flat course over a bridge under trees and around the historic Abbey.

Nice flat more-or-less single lapper, bit twisty, but all on good paths.

Described as single lap, 3 loops around each end/side of park crossing bridge in middle twice. Flat, on tarmac. Discount in cafe, public toilets in park. £2 in car parks or free on industrial estate nearby. Lovely park to visit with Abbey ruins.

All tarmac, officially one lap but you do some parts more than once. Flat apart from a bridge which you go over in both directions. Fast course but there are quite a few twisty corners which slow me down probably more than they should - I need to get bet

Lovely park with nice wide tarmac paths, almost all flat and a single lap with very little repeated. Cafe in the park and some parking just outside the park.
