Billy Tired legs after running for 3hrs on Sunday but running through Trent Park was delightful. the spread afterwards was out of this world!

Hills of Death (HOD) Felt Terrible - ran terrible - feet are terrible afterwards :(. Nearly DNF. Staying positive though as STUPIDLY did detox day before plus just came back from holiday. Went into first mile feeling good 6.54 second mile 7.52 it had the begining of a 'Hill'. After 3k was finished basically I stop 5 times for a breather felt like I had flu. Mile 3 7.49 I wanted to stop. Mile 4 8.13 (I'm really struggling) Mile 5 8.49 ( I'm the running DEAD) Mile 6 Nothing left 8.27 min miling. On the plus side first race with my Dad (yes I beat him who said that ;) ) Another day Another dollar
