ChrisHB: It certainly helps with understanding Fetch.

susietwoshoes: Not exactly Auld Scots LOL as each and everyone of these either I or my friends and fellow Doonhamers use almost every day. Beelin, numpty, macuhit, and dreich being my favourites.

Red Squirrel: Quite a few of those are used widely within my friends and family now too.

TheScribbler: I regularly use numpty and dreich because I have Scottish in laws. Clarty is a well known north eastern word too.

Elsie Too: napper is also a north eastern word, my in laws use it all the time.

Velociraptor: All of those words are in my current vocabulary but the spelling of some of them (footer, bizzum, beelin) surprised me a little, and numpty is an upstart imported word.

Ocelot Spleens: What about Jimmy? As in "see you Jimmy?" I don't see Devo-Max either ;-)
