JohnnyO: Sprinkle them on your breakfast. Unless its bacon and eggs.

Son of a Pronator Man: Straight in the bin when I get them in a goodie bag. And goji berries taste horrible

Pootle: I eat them, I'm not very good at being wastefull (except when it comes to the ricola things). Chuck them in porridge, yogurt, soup, over salad, in sarnies. I think they taste quite nice, and it's roughage innit, help to keep you regular and all.

Salty Dog: had those from races a couple of times. Yep, mix them in with your coco pops and they'll go down a treat. Definitely not as weird as the cranberry sauce i got at silverstone half. CRANBERRY SAUCE! In march! Useful...

CC2 Speedy Goth: I put them in my porridge, but I've nearly run out. They've not been any goodie bags for ages round here.

Oysterboy: I hate waste so will probably put them in porridge. I got some last Sunday at Kings Lynn 10k.

Dvorak: Good for omega acids if you are veggie. I have actually bought some of these. Generally mix with fruit juice or in a powershake.
