Looked a very complex position when I briefly checked in half an hour ago so I'm not surprised. The commentators were doing all sorts of things on the board with the eval bar in different states of flux.

How much time did Ian have left at the end? Seen lots of discussion that he was playing like a blitz match. Could be a tough defeat for him to take.

He had more time than Ding when he made the crucial blunder (just gone back to check) 19 to 13 with. According to IM Sachdev he'd played 4 poor moves up to that point.

Think he just generally plays fast and sometimes it's a weakness.
