I did say i was bias but at least one Haining won a medal, I took the bronze at the Scottish Vets 10k road Champs today, love you all, lol

paula was awesome. i for one are not going to read anything people write 'bagging' her. she IS the best marathon runner in the world, so in my mind she had every right to choose to be there. Oh and Mara was equally awesome. top job from all the girls. well done
