I'm afraid I couldn't read past "jonesing" Foz. We're in the UK; not America.
That's funny Phook. I love garlic, but would forego it on a first date I reckon, unless we were out for a meal and had garlic-laden dishes together.
I've been talking to a couple of guys from Birmingham on Bumble. Separately, not together.;) Glad I extended the area. Guys from Bristol have a superior attitude and I've given up on them. I mentioned this to my friend and she said "Yes!". We've both matched with Bristol guys and they've been vague and disinterested.
I don't take it seriously generally. I've noticed if you're too enthusiastic "I love that unusual pastime too!" or they say "Ask me about this" and you do; they disappear. Some men have had a charisma bypass or summat and can only reply in words of one syllable. I find it fairly boring generally and at best, a little bit interesting.

One of the ladies at my fitness class has said I should chat with one of her friends.
She's given me her number, told her I'm lovely 😊 and she would like to meet me. She's a couple of years younger than me, divorced and lives quite close.
I'm going to call her this evening.
