WW -dont go off too fast! It is reallye asy to negative split on this course. take it steady for the first half and save something in your legs for the final downhills, pack in the sugar ca 19M adn power those legs down the hills

I could run it but don't want to risk it really. Not run above 12 miles for months now... I will be there and will probably go for a run though to support folk!
