As I can't do much at the moment due to tonsilitis, I wonder if anyone can recommend me some running books? Or even say if they are at all helpful for those seeking improvement?

Can't go wrong with 'feet in the clouds' by Richard askwith Non running wise, the new David Millar autobiography is very good.
