It increased the mileage I was doing from maybe 20-30 miles a week to running 50 miles plus during the WSW final (plus cycling and considerable walking). I'm back to 20-30 miles a week now, and have actually put on 5 kilograms of weight since my low!. I intend to up the mileage, but am shocked that my addiction made me put on weight. btw the score on the board is 'You have 83855 page hits, and your position on the list is 1270' in this year since June' ish
