They translate as "debris mountain" and "rubble mountain", the latter being a specific kind of the former, generally made after the clearance of post WW2 rubble. Berlin, unsurprisingly, has several. It chimes actually with my last blog - should any largish scale thing of the the Cambridge area be scheduled for demolition, that could be the basis of the " runner's hill". (I reached there through a wikichain - McGoohan's blog led me to search for Boxhagener (Straße), which is in Friedrichshain, a feature of which is Volkspark Friedrichshain, which contains two Trümmerbergen.)
